@Lloyd McKenzie , for GF#15872, it is currently bound to request-resource-types because when I try to bind to event-or-request-resource-types I get a "not supported" exception in the build. Any thoughts on that?

Yes, I created value sets for groups of resource types based on the different patterns we have, all derived from the derived-types code system.

They're defined in terminologies/bindings.xml

And then the combined value set is defined in terminologies/valueset-event-or-request-resource-types.xml and referenced as a binding from terminologies/bindings.xml

And I've followed this same pattern before, for valueset-usage-context.xml, and that one works.
