Hey @Paul Knapp , there are a couple of trackers on coverage that are marked as needs applying that havent been done, specifically 9200 renaming "Issuer" to "Payor" and 9115 (which you moved in Baltimote)
I thought we'd covered 12067 and voted on it, but don't see it. Is that something that can be applied as part of QA on the resource?
Would also like to see trackers 9855 and 8273 done (as QA)

@Paul Knapp , also curious on tracker 12322 http://gforge.hl7.org/gf/project/fhir/tracker/?action=TrackerItemEdit&tracker_item_id=12322&start=0 which seemed to have entire lifespan of 10 minutes, and resolution voted before it was created, and nothing in the minutes of the conference call for that change. (and kinda looks-ish like the un-applied tracker 9115)

9200, 9115 have been addressed today, 9855 has been addressed but the tracker item not closed, 8273 has been voted and applied but the tracker not updated.
I am working on the resolutions and voting, last session today, and applying before the Dec freeze, then I'll update Tracker.
The 9115 consolidation of the addition plan elements (group, subgroup, plan etc) was implemented as discussed in Baltimore, then found to be problematic any not a conformant use of coding, This was detailed in an email to the listserve on 2016/10/23 and reviewed and motioned to reopen the discussion and to alter the strategy on 2016/11/04, see minutes below. The Tracker 12322 was subsequently create to document the change.
