This is a candidate list of FMG Quality requirements for ballot Implamentation guides:

the home page must be 'index.html'
the canonical URL must be http://hl7.org/fhir/[realm]/[id]
the home page must have a link for 'IG publication history' near the top of the page. It must point at an empty page 'history.html '(FHIR product director maintains the actual history)
there must be no invalid xhtml or broken links (from the build)
the validation page (/qa/validation.html) must show no errors (hints and warnings are ok)
the home page must be clear about the license (creative commons 0)

I will fix the path to the balloted version when I do the actual publication - editors don't need to worry about that

So these would be requirements for FMM1, not FMM3, correct? (MnM has a a whole bunch of QA guideline proposals for IGs and their individual artifacts for FMM3)
