I'm looking at the FHIR QA Report http://hl7-fhir.github.io/qa.html and it doesn't seem to be refreshing based on the current build. For Pharmacy, we have updated examples but the QA issues for Medication have not been updated. Is there a different page I should be looking at or is there an issue with the build tool for this page?

It could also be that the algorithm for figuring out what elements have been "used" is broken.
