And does http://build.fhir.org/examplescenario.html really need a property called resourceType, the .net parser isn't a fan of this.
(We will need to add in some special case handling around it - I believe that we've changed other resources for this reason, and the implementationguide just calls this property type)
I'm not overly fussed, as not many prod systems are likely to implement this draft resource anyway.

ExampleScenario would not be common for production systems. And I can't remember the reason why we had that property.
