I just changed a terminology binding to point to SNOMED-CT as exemplar from an example value set that Pharmacy defined.
When I run the build, I get the following error: [java] ERROR @ Bundle.entry[470].resource.ofType(CodeSystem): valuesets:: Bundle.entry[470].resource.ofType(CodeSystem): CodeSystem http://terminology.hl7.org/CodeSystem/medicationknowledge-package-type has an 'all system' value set of http://hl7.org/fhir/ValueSet/medicationknowledge-package-type, but doesn't have a matching system (http://snomed.info/sct) (src = InstanceValidator).
This is related to MedicationKnowledge.packaging.type
Does anyone know what the issue is?

medicationknowledge-package-type value set isn't allowed to point to anything other than "all codes from medicationknowledge-package-type" code system unless you update the code system to yank its reference to the value set.
