I don't see an Edit button, even when I am logged in. I see Comment, Attach Files, More, In Person, Close. Are there different types of users or permissions? Or some way to activate editing?

@Rik Smithies Hmm. Looks like committers had tracker management privileges when only committer-managers were supposed to have that. Anyhow, now fixed for you and should be fixed for everyone with that issue in the next day or so. (If anyone needs permissions sooner, holler)
