there's a new candidate build: build.fhir.org. Josh and I are bedding it down. if you're having problems waiting for the existing current build to update, can you try out the new site please

This switchover of the continuous build location, I am assuming that the URL will remain like that, so places where we have referenced the continuous build will need to be changed (and expect can't do a redirect given where it was)
(There are lots of tracker items referencing the continuous build - i'm guilty of them too)
