Is there a reason that CodeableReferences show in UML as just "DataType" instead of the actual type name?

I think a related issue is that resources mentioned in a CodeableReference don't show up in the list of references for the mentioned resource. For instance the Medication resource no longer lists MedicationRequest in its references.
