I'm just about to commit changes to HumanName for GF#12351. This may break tools and implementation guides. Let me know if you need help with this.
@Alexander Henket please edit humanname-extensions.xml and provide full definitions for the codes NL0 -> NL2, in particular, what is the order of given, and how does NL1 differ from NL3 (and 2&4)
