Yes, it's still release 1, because we're working towards that as the 1st Normative release, and it only says that on the development build at the root. I pushed the "site" down into a site directory, so the current release is here: http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/cql/site/index.html (and titled Release 1 STU 3) and then the ballot is here: http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/cql/site/2019May/index.html (and titled Release 1 STU 4). I also put ballot banners on every page.

I think as far as the package, we could potentially add schemas and tests, though if we did that for CQL, I think we'd want to do it for FHIRPath too. Perhaps a ballot comment to get the computable content into the packages?

yes a ballot comment. I was going to look at FHIRPath on this as well, but so far we just have the g4 grammar for FHIRPath?

We have tests too in FHIRPath we could include, and the schema for the tests.
