Bunch of Claim examples failed validation. Such as
ERROR @ Claim.item[0].productOrService.coding[0] (line 0, col0): claim-example-pharmacy:: Claim.item[0].productOrService.coding[0]: Unknown Code System 'http://hl7.org/fhir/ex-pharmaservice' (src = InstanceValidator)
The code system url resolved to this page http://hl7.org/fhir/R4/codesystem-service-pharmacy.html. Looks like a tx.fhir.org issue?

It just restarted a few minutes ago. It's back up so it should be ok now.
