The build is failing due to broken links. I have some unrelated changes to commit, so I started some investigation around those existing broken links.
terminology-service.html should be updated
FROM: valueset-operation-validate.html-code
TO: valueset-operation-validate-code.html
valueset-namingsystem-identifier-type.html should be updated
FROM: namingsystem-operations-preferred-id.html
TO: namingsystem-operation-preferred-id.html
I can fix the first one, but the second one might be within generated code (finding all places a value set is used), so I'm stuck on where to fix it.

arrgh failing for me as well. but I'm getting an operationdefinition instance error. Using Rob's last commit as head.
