Several people commented to me about broken links in the IGs. The main build does not allow any broken links at all - it fails if it finds any.

I'm trying to figure out the right thing to do about this. Should I put an entry in the IG json file that means that the IG publisher exits with an error, so that authors are prompted to fix their html immediately, instead of ignoring it and letting the technical debt build up?
