- GF#16100 - GF#16098 are all for BDP to which I am not assigned.
- GF#14450, GF#10300, GF#10299, GF#10297. GF#10297 - this is a general trackers for all the pattern stuff across all OO resources including the new drafty stuff I think I've applied everything to Observation, DR, SR, NO, still need to review Task, assigned DeviceRequest, DeviceStatement, SupplyRequest ,SupplyDelivery to Jose C-T.

@Grahame Grieve I should be caught up on the Patient Care trackers to be applied. I wonder if you are referring to GF#15962, which is the tracker that I pinged you about earlier. It has a dependency on newly added LOINC codes, so I was waiting on you to upgrade LOINC on the terminology server.

Is there some gotcha with using LOINC answer codes?

Some of the LA codes that are available on the LOINC website aren't "official" yet - which means they don't show up in the FHIR terminology server

FWIW, I have an email from Swapna Abhyankar back in April saying
In response to Michelle’s question about whether the codes have been approved - I have updated the answer list attached to LOINC 86744-0 in our database. 86744-0 was published in a previous release, and if you look it up right now you’ll see it with the old answer list. After our next release in June, you will see that code attached to the updated list.
The codes will be available in LOINC v2.65 (June 2018).

I can verify that code LA27976-2 is included in the LOINC 2.64 release AnswerList.csv file, and it is included in the LL4590-7 value set on fhir.loinc.org (the new official LOINC FHIR sever)
