Topic: Ballot Comment Loading
Jean Duteau (May 10 2018 at 15:27):
FYI - HL7 has created fixed amalgamated ballot spreadsheets for the 11 FHIR ballots so that they can be loaded into gForge. We are sending out these amalgamated spreadsheets to the project co-chairs so that project teams can do an initial triaging of comments. The triaging needs to happen by Friday night so that the final comments can be loaded into gForge on Saturday morning.

Eric Haas (May 10 2018 at 17:52):
what exactly is triaging of comments entail?
Jean Duteau (May 10 2018 at 19:17):
filling in the initial columns in light blue - Comment grouping, Schedule, Triage note, initial dispositions, etc.
Kevin Power (May 10 2018 at 19:36):
The Comment group field in the spreadsheet isn't a pick list. Should its contents match up to the items in gForge under "Group:"?
Jean Duteau (May 10 2018 at 19:37):
Yes, that would be the best thing to do.
Kevin Power (May 10 2018 at 19:39):
And to be clear - this means we have to work in both the spreadsheet and gForge right, since the comments that are only references to trackers don't have any other detail in the spreadsheet? I ask because it seems like it would be easier to do the grouping/schedule/triage note when everything is in one place?
Lloyd McKenzie (May 10 2018 at 20:54):
If you would prefer to triage in gforge, we can see if @Josh Mandel can load your comments sooner.
Kevin Power (May 10 2018 at 20:56):
I would prefer to triage them all in the same place, and it seems that would likely need to be gForge. So yes, if @Josh Mandel doesn't mind, that would be great.
Josh Mandel (May 11 2018 at 12:20):
Is this one of the 10 test files at https://github.com/jmandel/csv-to-fhir-tracker/tree/201805/2018-05-preload ?
Lloyd McKenzie (May 11 2018 at 12:41):
Yes - the CG one
Josh Mandel (May 11 2018 at 13:10):
OK. This is going to be... kinda dicey with hotel wifi. Let's have a go.
Kevin Power (May 11 2018 at 16:45):
Will the upload process set the "Ballot" field in gForge I assume?
Jean Duteau (May 11 2018 at 16:45):
yes
Kevin Power (May 11 2018 at 16:47):
So if we had someone log trackers, but they did not submit a ballot comment spreadsheet, I would assume those trackers will not officially be associated with the Ballot ?
Jean Duteau (May 11 2018 at 16:47):
that is correct.
Lloyd McKenzie (May 11 2018 at 17:39):
We tried to be quite clear that submission using the ballot desktop was still required.
Kevin Power (May 11 2018 at 17:41):
You were, but I just wanted to verify.
Melva Peters (May 12 2018 at 10:03):
Were the spreadsheets sent out? I haven't seen them come through
Lloyd McKenzie (May 12 2018 at 10:22):

Lloyd McKenzie (May 12 2018 at 10:23):
gmail didn't like the email for some reason
Bryn Rhodes (May 12 2018 at 16:49):
To verify, this doesn't include the FHIRPath comments, correct? I've got an amalgamated spreadsheet for that already and am working on getting it import ready.
Lloyd McKenzie (May 12 2018 at 17:15):
It should have, but I didn't notice it, so probably best you're doing it yourself.
