Another issue that I've run into: the correct history link for all IGs published by HL7 is [canonical]/history.cfml

All IGs must have a link to the history in at either (or both) nav bar at top and footer. And may have additional links elsewhere. In all cases, the link must be to [canonical]/history.cfml.

you must provide change information for each new version of an IG. You can provide them as markdown in package-list.json, or as content in your IG that you reference from package-list.json

some IGs are not following this rule (@AbdulMalik Shakir I think yours are not, for example). I haven't reviewed this for all IGs yet, but all editors please review your IGs in this regard

@Grahame Grieve You'll have to pardon my ignorance here, but what are the mechanics behind "history.cfml"? What options generate this/where does it come from? AMS has HTML pages (created using Simplifier) that describe history, so if possible I'd like to re-use these. I'd also like to make my tool that I wrote for him (https://github.com/nightingaleproject/snet2ig) do this automatically if possible as well. Any guidance would be much appreciated.

History.cfml is built from package-list.json. The package-list.json file (see the topic about that) can point into the pages in the IG for the actual breach details

I can change my history link to {{site.data.fhir.canonical}}/history.cfml. That results in a broken link since this is the first version of the IG. Is that OK? I can add the broken link to the ignore file to keep the build clean.
