in the version history "4.6.0 Draft Ballot for R5 - May 2020 Ballot (Apr 14-20 2020). Significant changes: is listed". The CI build is also numbered 4.6.0. Is there a version to use for building an IG to reference the build that was current at the time of the ballot?
