After the zulip upgrade, loading the web page takes a pretty long time. Especially the 'numbers' (unread messages per stream) take up to 30 seconds to appear..

looks like opening all messages and reading one message is a work around for now. Zulip guys will look at it tomorrow

On iOS, it just sort of freezes when updating. Tried restarting the phone and it's back to frozen again

i had to deinstall and install the app, now it is working again.

The team behind Zulip is now managing the server, keeping us updated to the latest version, monitoring errors, scaling resources to support our usage. (There's a standardized import/export process if we ever want to migrate back to our own hosting.)

Yes -- we're working on this out of band. We have all the stats saved offline so they're not lost, and the Zulip team is working on importing these.

I experienced an issue on my Samsung Galaxy S9+ where it wouldn't redirect and complete authenticating with my Google Account. I discovered that this was related to my default browser on Android being Edge, if you switch it to chrome you can complete the login, then switch it back (if you like)
