Just took a train from NL to Paris & French police were checking everyone who got off the train for negative PCR tests / vaccination proofs - manually. No scanners, no apps, and here I am with my Dutch app and a useless QR code.
Thankfully the app also has a mode which shows the contents of the QR code in a nice table format. There's something to be said for the importance of unstructured / narrative data :)
