You will need to obtain a certificate. Once the dns entries are in place you u could get your own via LetsEncrypt... or you could ask Grahame for one.

Linking the git repo issues to Argo stream. Josh's instruction are geared more towards branch updates but was helpful (bot, key) and it worked using the the Github's Integration and services feature in settings. Only thing was I kept trying the 'Test Service' button which it turns out does nothing. But actually updating the issue works.
