So Dumb question. I've never seen something like this tulip system before. Whats the appropriate etiqute for asking a new question? Currently i see only two streams, and I am not sure that either of them work for a general QnA

Hi Cole - to the left of the screen should be a list of streams. If you mouse over the word 'stream' then click on the gear icon you'll see a list of streams that you can subscribe to. The 'Implementer' stream is often the best place if there isn't a more specific stream for your question...

First do a search to see if your topic has already been discussed - or if there's already a related "topic" to ask under. Ask under a related task if there is one. If there isn't, just label the topic appropriately and ask away
