I tried to upgrade community.fhir.org and it has failed because of something to do with postgre version, and I have no idea how to rescue it. it's running discourse inside a docker container on ubuntu. I'm not familiar with linux or docker or discourse, and the documentation and support is hopelessly confusing to me.
