I need to edit or delete a message, but (on ALL my messages) I see neither edit nor delete - here's all I see. Help??

I could believe that my messages are all too old to edit, but no Delete??

Apparently after the message's edit window (24 hrs for us) has expired, deleting or editing it requires an admin
