Hi, I am looking to stream continous data set. Something like patients heart beat every after 1 second, or Electro dermal acticity, after every 1 second. I was looking for the best resource to do it. Any guidance would be hlepful.

This is not a use-case pattern that has been the focus of priority for FHIR. If you are sending, then you should look at the Messaging pattern that FHIR has. http://build.fhir.org/messaging.html

@Suresh Kumar Mukhiya @John Moehrke @Paul Schluter Yes, Messaging pattern is relevant. As for data representation, see http://build.fhir.org/datatypes.html#SampledData as available as a value in Observation. Also, have a look at Point-of-Care Device Implementation Guide https://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/uv-pocd/

Hi, Anyone with experience in implementing gene and variant as part of Observation ?

@Asaf Arnon, first, please only ever ask a question once under one thread unless someone explicitly tells you to post somewhere else or you've waited for a couple of business days on one stream and don't yet have a response. Second, the best place to ask this sort of question is on #implementers. #social is for non-implementation-related discussion. Third, when posting to a stream, make sure to post under a topic that's relevant to your question or, if necessary, create a new topic. Fourth, in answer to your question, take a look at the genomics implementation guide. (And if you have questions after reading it, you'll find the folks hanging out at #genomics quite helpful.) Fifth - welcome to the community :)
(I'm going to delete the extra posts you accidentally created.)
