@Keith Boone I hereby move that we define an extension that allows the values Q0 -> Q7 as short cuts for defined periods of the day on the Timing datatype.

And I just want to note two things:
- OMG, just remembered it was @Keith Boone who long long ago told me HL7 is where actual work things get done. (For those who don't yet know, he's the author of the e-Patient Rap whose first lines were in my TED Talk)
