Topic: Supporting the Developer community

hi All. Now that Release 3 is published - yay - we can turn away from having a (more than) slightly myopic focus on R3 and think about the community. In that context, what ways could we better support the FHIR implementer community?
Joel Schneider (Mar 23 2017 at 16:11):
The FHIR terminology service specification has matured. The was once talk of creating a Swagger description of the terminology service APIs, which would be nice to have.
Casey McGruder (Mar 23 2017 at 17:47):
Swagger would certainly be a nice addition. In looking at the FHIR Community Forum, The most viewed post is titled, "Visualizing the FHIR schema". Since FHIR resources are loosely-coupled by design, I'm not sure schema generation is the appropriate way for implementers to absorb this material, as the possibilities are nearly endless! But from a sheer visualization/functionality standpoint, Swagger would help implementers and newbies like myself wrap their heads around this.

@Abigail Watson I just created a new Touchstone stream. Any and all are welcome to post comments and questions there.

Thank you! Just got back from vacation, and am looking forward to connecting with the testing community.
