Topic: Rename Zulip private group?

Is it possible to rename a group conversation to, for instance, "Patient Innovator Judges"? (Can't imagine WHERE I got that example)

You can rename private streams but you cannot name or rename private chats among groups of individuals. (Sorry the nomenclature is confusing here...)

That is odd. I didn't know there are private streams but that may be a wise option.
