Is there a chance for a naming convention for all streams?

I think the expectation is that CDA stuff will start with CDA and v2 stuff will start with v2. We're not going to rename all of the FHIR stuff

usually we use fhir/ or cds hooks/ so it would make sense for v2/ and cda/ as prefixes
