Topic: Registered for Certification, now how do I take the exam?

Hello, I am registered for the R4 FHIR certification event here: https://www.hl7.org/certification/fhir.cfm. However, I can review the registration status on the hl7 page, but I don't kno where to go next. The "event' is set for the entire year. What are the next steps to actually taking the exam?
