Do these lists exist? - The principles that guide how the health care community handles the exchange of individuals' personal health information. - The community's prioritized objectives for how information technology should support the flow of #PHI in the community. Why not?

At the last live HIMSS, in the interop showcase, when I was confused by what he was talking about, he assured me he's on my side. :smile:

I've been following him on twitter for a couple years. He's been promising his "transformative" HIT network using analogue formats for the whole time and has published nothing. I think he's just trolling for followers.
