I'm watching an OpenNotes webinar right now (I'm on their advisory board) about Emory Healthcare's use of OpenNotes and was pleased to see them brag about adding FHIR support to their Cerner portal last summer.
I'm sure the webinar will be available for replay.

At this moment a patient is speaking about how she has SEVEN patient portals. One is her main portal; the other six are used to gather test results.
