I've been visiting Madison once a month to help a trucking company convert to microservices (they want to pick up hospital contracts and handle hazmat shipments, so have been willing to take a chance on FHIR). Think there might be some funding for the work we're doing with Meteor.js and the Clinical Meteor fork? We've mostly worked with AWS, but would be happy to build out the Azure documentation, demos, etc.

Re: community spec development work, one thing we're working on is a program for FHIR community members to get support specifically for developing specs, running CI tools against these specifications, hosting testing services, reference/sample data, etc. If this is interesting to you, please reach out directly (we're still trying to figure out the best way to structure this kind of thing).
