What's the appropriate resource to represent "patient's questions to be answered during a visit"? It's not quite 'Goal'. Could use Questionnaire, but it's not really that either. Ideas?
Jim Steel (Jun 15 2020 at 18:05):
I feel like Goal is closest

From left field, CommunicationRequest?
Lloyd McKenzie (Jun 15 2020 at 18:22):
As I think about it more, I'm leaning towards Task. It's sort of a "todo" item. It might be delegated to someone else, but in the end you want to be able to track "what are the things I need to answer" and "what are the answers I'm still waiting on" - and Task is pretty well suited to that.
Daniel Vreeman (Jun 15 2020 at 20:09):
I like Task and think the "todo" analogy fits. They become instantiated when she thinks of them (Created) and then are asked/assigned to someone (e.g. on the healthcare team) who may pass them to others, return information, order tests, etc.
Dave deBronkart (Jun 15 2020 at 20:33):
I could get behind the idea of a "to do" as a goal for a visit: "My goal today is to do X."
