Is there a stream on implementing terminology servers or implementing terminology in fhir? Where do I put the question (or find the answer to) who actually needs fhir terminology servers who is using them? (a bit of a devil's advocate question but I need the justification spelled out and need to understand who is actually doing this or is it live only in theory land.

I searched for terminology and found very little and searched in All Messages. I get lost in my own neighborhood and zulip is like me in NYC without a GPS

Well yes that is obvious thanks! but I couldn't figure that out and I want to search for any string. I was fooled when I searched for terminology and found so little on it. I didn't realize I needed to scroll up to see everything found.
