Hi, I am complete newbie with HL7. I've just subscribed to the chat and also the DICOM list-serve, and it struck me as archaic that only the messages posted over the last 30 days are available in the archives of the list-serve, and there is no "search" feature to explore the contents of the archives. Is there a good reason why not all archives can be made available to subscribers, and why they cannot be searched as most of the list-serve contents maintained in other sources?

If this is not the right "stream" to post this question, please suggest a better one.

Andrey, would you please share the URL where you are able to view the last 30 days of the archives?

@Andrey Fedorov Are you referring to the HL7 list serv or the DICOM list serv?

view this post on Zulip Andrey Fedorov (Feb 07 2019 at 19:27):

@Elliot Silver I am referring to the HL7 "Imaging Integration" listserve, which happens to be bear "dicom" as its name (dicom@lists.hl7.org), understandably creating confusion.

@David Johnson hehe ... If you create an HL7 login, and then navigate to "Home > Membership > My HL7 Dashboard > My Subscriptions", you should see "Want to see recent discussions from these lists?", where "see recent discussions from these lists" links to "Recent Listserv Messages All messages sent in the last 30 days to listservs you subscribe to are shown here." (http://www.hl7.org/myhl7/recentlistmessages.cfm)

To see older content, click on the "Lyris listserv interface" link on http://www.hl7.org/myhl7/managelistservs.cfm?ref=nav.

@Elliot Silver thank you, this answers my question! Sorry for missing this earlier. I think I tried, but was confused, since my login didn't work, and there was no link to reset password. After reading the manual, I realized that option shows up after unsuccessful attempt to login. The interface is quite unusual, so it didn't register quickly in my mind what I should click. But I am able to log in now. Thanks for the help.
