Hi Robert. It depends on your noob question. If it’s about how the community works, sure, ask it here. If it’s about implementing FHIR - better to ask it on #implementers

@Robert Hall The default "ask questions" place is #implementers. This stream is more for non-technical but still vitally important questions, such as "is there a good Tai place near the venue at Sydney WGM?" :)

In some cases you may be better off targeting your question to a more specific stream (e.g. #hapi, #questionnaire, #argonaut, etc. If you're not sure, just raise it on #implementers and someone will redirect you if you'll likely get a better response elsewhere.
