There is a v2 mapping table for each FHIR resource in the specs: eg http://hl7.org/fhir/patient-mappings.html#v2

yes, I know. But I think it would be useful to have a matrix/table with HL7 messages linked with FHIR resources (for example; ADT-A01 -> Encounter). Once you have an idea what resources can be created with your messages, you are able to go to the next step: The mapping you have shown, would be the next layer, in order to map segment and fields with the resource key-values.
