Hi,
I would like to contribute to the .Net library but am not sure where or how to start. I am a seasoned developer but not so sure (even after reading the branching strategy) if I can just branch off of Develop, change something and do a RP. Or is it that simple?

For all things .NET we have a specific stream: #dotnet . If you could repost your question there, that would be very useful. I'll see to someone answering it. But since the HL7 WGM starts Saturday, the key contributors will be busy traveling and conferencing. So you may need a little patience. Or, if you happen to go there yourself, be sure to visit the Monday evening API meeting.
