@Ricky Sahu will have to help. Personally I've found chaos with both of the hastily assembled "virtual HIMSS event replacement" things I'm involved with - this one and HealthDevJam Friday afternoon. (For the latter I discovered I got combined with someone else, simply because I stumbled on the published agenda.)
If I had to guess I'd say there IS no confirming email. The YouTube Live URLs are already in the agenda but not clickable - I'd say just show up and try. Or watch the archive later.
Given the monstrous cost of cancelling HIMSS (I won't be surprised if the total bill runs to $100M), I figure these travails are sort of like being a flea on a dog that managed to get onto a lifeboat from a sinking ship. Seriously.

Crowdcast is a better alternative in my opinion. Worked great for the Redox virtual conference yesterday
