Hello Everyone, I am new to healthcare and FHIR. There are lot of resources online to learn FHIR and am not sure which one to follow. I feel it is like information overload. Is there any tutorial that you can recommend for me to learn? That can cover the A-Z of FHIR standards etc?

If you Google "FHIR devdays videos", you'll find a wide variety of training - including some useful introductory material.
