FHIR (Patient/Member) Coverage Questions
How can FHIR be structured for a multi-component identifier (insurance carrier account group at patient level)?
How can FHIR be extended for patient/address to denote that address and phone/contact is confidential(safe address)?
How to denote a Line of Business/Segment response? Do we return all relevant Pop Seg fields (Segment, LOB, Plan Type) or flatten mapping to a single value back? (Data Architecture)
How does this value tie to the FHIR Coverage (is this a code set we configure or an extension)?
