Topic: Estonia on FHIR
René Spronk (Jan 22 2020 at 10:40):
Please help me in welcoming the participants in a FHIR Training Course in Tallinn (Estonia) to the FHIR community. They have a HL7v3 based message exchange for medical records (CDA), persons and organisations, and are looking to see how FHIR could be used in such a context. They'll also be defining Estonian profiles. Welcome to the community!

René Spronk (Jan 23 2020 at 17:38):
Thanks all for your welcoming words.
We had a full room of attendees at the FHIR training course, a strategic decision has been taken to embrace FHIR - but it has to be seen how/where it is going to be used. I've invited the team to show up at one of the coming (European) DevDays to share their experiences, we all learn by sharing :-)
