Is there any portal where i can see the uploaded documents/notes using sandbox account.

@Pavan Patidar The #social stream is generally for non-technical discussions. Technical discussions should be on #implementers or on a more specific stream. Also, if you're seeking guidance about a specific EHR product, you should engage the support mechanism for that EHR (open@epic.com in this case). In some cases they may determine your issue is generic and direct you here.
