Another newbie question, does anybody know the error message "Entry isn't reachable by traversing from first Bundle entry" in a bundle with several entries? Must entries in a bundle be linked to each other by references?

Hi, if entries must be linked across document bundles, then http://test.fhir.org/r3/Bundle/$validate is missing this validation. The HAPI implementation at http://fhir.hl7.de:8080/baseDstu3/Bundle/$validate was throwing this error. Shall I open a ticket for this one? If so, how? (sorry, don't know how/where to open issues for the FHIR test servers and couldn't find it in the net)
