Good morning.
I am carrying out a project on outpatient medical history and I need to frame certain data within FHIR resources, I wanted to consult which resources I would advise for:
- Condition of life, for example in what type of housing the patient resides, drinking water, sewers, etc. This information would correspond to the socio-environmental state of the patient.

@Ernesto These sorts of questions should be asked on the #implementers rather than #social. However, the answer would generally be Observation. They're time-specific assessments

@Ernesto If in general you're think about social determinants of health, you may want to check out the Gravity project (https://confluence.hl7.org/display/GRAV/The+Gravity+Project) as they are working in this area. They are starting with a small scope but their approach may be of interest to you.
