I just configured community.fhir.org to allow google logins. I could also allow yahoo, twitter, instagram, facebook, and github. I'll take requests to allow any of these if people feel strongly about it

I would use Github if it was available, but Google works just fine.

Given our target community, Github seems an appropriate option to include by default
