But ... 1244 pages of ONC Rule, 474 for CMS Rule - YIKES! What are the best summaries?

Thanks, @Josh Mandel - that seems to be just ONC (not surprisingly) - anyone have similar for CMS?

I'm curious too about reportage / opinions in the press, though I like starting with facts :slight_smile:
