BTW, Someone is calling the Utah server with two forward slashes and are consistently getting a 404... Looks like this: https://fhir.cygni.cc:8443/opencds-decision-support-service/hooks//cds-services I don't yet know why it doesn't handle the two slashes, but it doesn't--you'll want to remove the extra slash in the interim.
