Hey folks, if we want to include the CDS Hooks icon (https://cds-hooks.org/images/logo-square.png) in our software, what are the terms and conditions around this? Is this clarified somewhere explicitly?

Initially @Kevin Shekleton (or rather, a designer at Cerner?) designed this based on the visual characteristics of the SMART logo. Cerner assigned the copyright to Boston Children's Hospital so CDS Hooks could parallel the same path as SMART.
